• Plan, coordinate, and manage audit, review, and assurance engagements from inception through completion.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop audit staff and seniors, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Review workpapers, financial statements, and audit documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Evaluate internal controls, identify risks, and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and applicable regulatory standards.
• Manage engagement budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and trusted advisory services.
